This outfit is giving me some serious Wesley Snipes as Blade, meets Laurence Fishburne as Morpheus, but also power fashion femme vibes... You feel me?

Maybe the confirmed reboots for both Blade and The Matrix have me reminiscing about how iconic and integral the fashion in these films was to my growth as a nerdy black teenager. Watching these characters, unapologetically kicking ass and taking names, in all black everything, floor length trenches, sickening futuristic shades, bondage leather, textured snakeskin, shiny patent leather, and all those details between!? I am obsessed, so the inspiration undoubtedly found its way into my adult wardrobe.
